Last week we took a trip to San Diego the 8th-12th and brought Charlie's mother along with us. It was so much fun! It was good to get away for a while, but it was also good to have the bonding time with Charlie's mom. My birthday was on the nineth so Charlie's mom stayed at the hotel to watch Calvin and Charlie took me out on date. We did a session in the San Diego temple (beautiful!) and then we ate at a really nice restaurant in La Jolla over-looking the coast. It was romantic and delicious! Then on Saturday, we took Calvin to the zoo. He was so cute! I doubt he really understood what was going on, but he made the funniest "look of shock" face when we showed him the animals. It was a blast!
